1. Introduction

Virtual Currency is licensed, not sold, to you. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Virtual Currency in connection with our Services. You have no property interest, right, or title in or to any Virtual Currency. We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any Virtual Currency without any liability to you.

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all users, you agree not to:

• Use our Services to engage in any illegal activity or to violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Manipulate or interfere with the normal play of any game

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILDREELWINS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms by posting the updated Terms on our website and changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
